The invention discloses an overwater photovoltaic prefabrication and installation method, which comprises the following steps of: determining a reasonable scheme according to the dimension specification of a photovoltaic array in combination with the performance of construction equipment in each construction link; photovoltaic prefabricated parts are assembled in the assembly area, and after assembly is completed, the photovoltaic prefabricated parts are transferred to a wharf through a transfer vehicle; the wharf crane hoists the photovoltaic prefabricated part to floating transportation equipment; transporting the photovoltaic prefabricated member to an overwater mounting position of the photovoltaic prefabricated member; a pontoon crane on the floating crane lifts the photovoltaic prefabricated part on the floating transportation equipment through a hanging bracket and moves the photovoltaic prefabricated part to the position above the pipe pile; the photovoltaic prefabricated part is guided to be in place and adjusted by a worker on the auxiliary working platform; and after the photovoltaic group prefabricated part and the pipe pile connecting part are installed and fastened, the connecting lifting rope of the photovoltaic group prefabricated part and the lifting frame is removed. The method has the beneficial effects that the photovoltaic support and the photovoltaic panel are efficiently pre-assembled in an assembling area, and the construction efficiency of the water photovoltaic project in the two links of photovoltaic support and photovoltaic panel installation is improved through transferring, floating transportation and integral hoisting in place.

    本发明公开了一种水上光伏预制安装方法,根据光伏阵列的尺寸规格,结合各施工环节的施工设备的性能,确定合理方案;在拼装区域内对光伏预制件组装,拼装完成后通过转运车辆转运至码头;码头吊机将光伏预制件吊装至浮运设备上;将光伏预制件运输至光伏预制件的水上安装处;浮吊船上的浮船吊机通过吊架将浮运设备上的光伏预制件吊起并移动到管桩上方;光伏预制件依靠辅助作业平台上的工人引导就位和调整;完成光伏组预制件与管桩连接件安装和紧固后,解除光伏预制件与吊架的连接吊绳。本发明有益效果:本发明对光伏支架和光伏板在拼装区进行高效预拼,经转运、浮运、整体吊装就位,提升水上光伏项目在光伏支架、光伏板安装两个环节的施工效率。
