The invention provides an electric vehicle heat management system fan control method and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the air volume compensation amount of a vehicle heat management system is determined according to the current running state of a vehicle; according to the air volume compensation amount, the electric drive air volume demand quantity and the fault diagnosis air volume, the target air volume demand quantity of the heat management system is determined; the target air volume demand quantity is converted into a fan pulse width modulation (PWM) signal, the fan PWM signal is discretely processed into a plurality of gears according to the duty ratio, and all the gears correspond to different fan rotating speeds; and controlling the rotating speed of the fan according to the gear corresponding to the PWM signal after discrete processing. According to the method, the automobile performance is improved, energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, and the function reliability of the electric automobile thermal management system is improved.
