The invention discloses a mobile electromagnetic induction power generation device, belongs to the technical field of power generation, and aims to solve the problem that a new form of kinetic energy conversion technology still needs to be developed so far in the industry. Kinetic energy of a swing magnet or an induction coil of the device is driven by inertia force generated by variable rate during acceleration of a carrier; comprising a magnet module and an induction coil module. The magnet module comprises a shell, and the shell is provided with a rotatable wheel or a sliding wheel and is provided with a heavy impact buffering structure; the induction coil module comprises copper or other non-magnetic wires, a runner runway or a slidable track is arranged in the center of the induction coil module, and a spiral spring and a contact pad are always placed on one side of the track. Kinetic energy generated when an object moves and travels and inertia force caused by the acceleration time-varying rate of the kinetic energy are used for driving the group of magnets and the inductance coil to swing relatively, so that a magnetic field is generated in the inductance coil through the magnetic induction effect, and alternating current generated by the magnetic field is taken out and converted into available new electric energy.
