The rotor permanent magnet, the rotor yoke, the propeller and the bearing bracket jointly form a combined rotor; the stator armature is fixed at the middle section of the conduit and is protected by the armature shielding case, and the conduit, the stator armature and the sliding bearing jointly form a combined stator; a combined rotor of the propelling device is supported on a front-section guide pipe and a rear-section guide pipe of a combined stator of the propelling device through a front sliding bearing and a rear sliding bearing respectively; the power cable supplies power to the motor armature winding through the wire outlet hole rubber sleeve. The propelling device can be soaked in seawater to work, a traditional dynamic sealing structure is omitted, the propelling device is particularly suitable for working under the large-depth condition, and the efficiency and the working reliability of the deep sea aircraft propelling device are improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于环驱式推进器的水下永磁屏蔽电机,转子轭固定连接在螺旋桨环驱式外表面,防锈处理后的转子永磁体沿周向均匀表贴在转子轭外表面,并采用复合纤维材料进行固定和防护处理,转子永磁体、转子轭与螺旋桨及轴承支架共同构成组合转子;定子电枢固定在导管中段,并采用电枢屏蔽罩进行防护,导管、定子电枢与滑动轴承共同构成组合定子;推进装置的组合转子分别通过前、后滑动轴承支撑在推进装置的组合定子的前段导管、后段导管上;动力电缆经过出线孔橡胶套对电机电枢绕组供电。采用本发明的推进装置能够浸泡在海水中工作,省去了传统的动密封结构,特别适合在大深度条件下工作,提高了深海航行器推进装置的效率和工作可靠性。
