The method comprises the steps that current driving habit information, the current external environment temperature of a vehicle and the current battery core temperature of a battery loop are obtained; based on the current driving habit information, the current external environment temperature and the current battery cell temperature, determining an adjustment level corresponding to the current battery loop; determining an adjustment parameter based on the adjustment level; and the battery pack water inlet temperature of the battery loop and the cooling liquid flow of the battery loop are adjusted according to the adjusting parameters. According to the thermal management control method provided by the invention, the temperature change trend of the battery loop can be judged according to the driving habit data of the user and the actual temperature of the water inlet of the battery pack so as to adjust the working state of the thermal management control system of the battery loop, thereby ensuring that the temperature of the battery loop is within a normal temperature range; different battery loop heat management requirements corresponding to different driving styles are matched, and the driving safety is improved.
