The invention relates to a dynamic parking allocation method based on parking occupancy rate prediction under a cloud control system, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent parking. According to the method, a basic framework of the distribution method based on parking occupancy rate prediction is provided, an SARIMA prediction model is established for the parking occupancy rate for prediction according to the characteristics of a parking lot occupancy rate time sequence, then the model is dynamically distributed according to the dynamic characteristics of the parking problem, and the parking occupancy rate is predicted according to the established dynamic distribution model. A hybrid heuristic algorithm of an improved variable neighborhood search algorithm is designed to solve the model, an initial solution is generated through a greedy algorithm, then the improved variable neighborhood search algorithm is adopted to search for an optimal solution, and a simulation experiment is set in combination with a real data set. According to the invention, based on the research of the cloud control platform on the parking occupancy rate, the SARIMA prediction model is established for the parking occupancy rate for prediction, and an efficient, accurate and low-cost parking scheme is provided for the parking user by using the cloud control platform through a dynamic parking distribution method.

    本发明涉及一种云控系统下基于停车占用率预测的动态停车分配方法,属于智慧停车技术领域。该方法提出了基于停车占用率预测的分配方法的基本框架,根据停车场占用率时间序列的特点,对停车占用率建立SARIMA预测模型进行预测,然后根据停车问题的动态特性动态分配模型,针对建立的动态分配模型,设计改进变邻域搜索算法的混合式启发式算法对模型进行求解,通过贪婪算法生成初始解,再采用改进变邻域搜索算法搜寻最优解,结合真实数据集设置仿真实验。本发明基于云控平台对停车占用率的研究,对停车占用率建立SARIMA预测模型进行预测,通过动态停车分配法利用云控平台为停车用户提供高效、准确以及低成本的停车方案。
