The invention discloses a parking recommendation system based on user preference and parking space occupancy rate, and belongs to the technical field of big data analysis. The system estimates the predicted occupancy rate of each parking lot at the arrival time of a user by acquiring the occupancy rate of the parking lot in a user destination limited area in real time; and then the parking comprehensive cost of the user in each parking lot is estimated according to the user preference, and the user is guided to other idle parking lots by reducing the prices of other parking lots with lower occupancy rates in combination with a price drainage mechanism, so that the occupancy rate balance of the parking lots in the area is realized, and the congestion is reduced. More accurate parking lot recommendation is provided for the user through user preference learning, the user satisfaction is improved, the user is guided to the idle parking lot, the parking lots in the area can be helped to realize resource utilization balance, and the user experience is improved. And traffic jam and environmental pollution caused by overlong cruising time of the user due to congestion of the parking lot are avoided.
