The integrated speed reduction wheel comprises a low-speed-level inner gear, a tire made of a polyurethane material is arranged outside the low-speed-level inner gear, a low-speed-level planet carrier is rotationally installed in the low-speed-level inner gear, and an end cover is fixed to one end of the low-speed-level planet carrier through a bolt; the high-speed input shaft is connected with the motor to serve as an input end, rotation and torque of the motor are transmitted to the high-speed internal gear and then transmitted to the low-speed internal gear, and the low-speed planetary carrier, the low-speed rotating shaft and the high-speed rotating shaft are immovable, so that the low-speed internal gear is finally pushed to rotate, namely, the low-speed internal gear serves as an output end; through the transmission mode, the transverse distance of a speed reduction mechanical structure can be effectively reduced, the structure is more compact, the stability and reliability of the wheel are greatly improved, and the safety performance of the wheel in use is improved.

    本发明公开了一种一体化减速车轮及AGV小车,包括低速级内齿轮,所述低速级内齿轮的外部设置有聚氨酯材料制成的轮胎,所述低速级内齿轮的内部转动安装有低速级行星架,所述低速级行星架的一端通过螺栓固定有端盖;本发明以高速级入力轴联接电机作为输入端,将电机转动与力矩传达给高速度级内齿轮,再传递给低速级内齿轮,由于低速级行星架、低速级转轴和高速级转轴是不动的,从而最终推动低速级内齿轮旋转,即低速级内齿轮为输出端,实现了车轮的转动,通过该传动方式可有效减少了减速机械结构的横向距离,使结构更加紧凑,使该车轮稳定性和可靠性大大增加,提高了车轮使用的安全性能。
