Comprising a connecting ring plate, the connecting ring plate comprises an annular plate body and a connecting rod which is connected with the annular plate body and extends outwards in the radial direction, a plurality of fixing screws are arranged on the inner side of the annular plate body in the circumferential direction, and the annular plate body is arranged on the engine air inlet cap cone in a sleeving mode and connected with process bolt holes of the engine air inlet cap cone through the fixing screws; the friction wheel is installed at the end, away from the annular plate, of the connecting rod through an adapter plate, the friction wheel is connected to the inner wall face of the fan casing in a pressed mode, pre-compression force is generated between the friction wheel and the inner wall face of the fan casing, and a direct-current gear motor is installed on the friction wheel; the electric control system comprises a driving mechanism and a remote control handle, and the driving mechanism is used for controlling the rotating state of the direct-current gear motor according to an instruction signal sent by the remote control handle.
