The invention discloses a crane hoisting anti-swing control mechanism which comprises a driving wheel box, supporting legs, a cross beam and a hoisting trolley, the hoisting trolley is composed of a walking mechanism, a winch and a pulley, a steel cable is arranged on the winch, the pulley is hung through the steel cable, and detection pieces are arranged between parallel sections, located between the winch and the pulley, of the steel cable. The crane hoisting anti-swing control mechanism is characterized in that a detection piece is arranged on the winch, the detection piece detects the deflection angle of the steel cable relative to the initial position when the pulley swings, a controller is further arranged on the winch, and the controller controls starting and stopping of the driving wheel box and the walking mechanism through signals of the detection piece. The crane is automatically controlled so as to reduce swing generated by inertia of an object after hoisting, hoisting swing of the crane is effectively prevented through automatic secondary control, and potential safety hazards are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种起重机吊装防摆控制机构,包括主动轮箱、支腿、横梁和起吊小车,所述起吊小车由行走机构、卷扬机和滑轮组成,所述卷扬机上设有钢索,且通过钢索悬挂滑轮,所述钢索位于卷扬机和滑轮之间的各平行段间设有检测件,检测件检测钢索在滑轮摆动时相对于初始位置的偏角,所述卷扬机上还设有控制器,控制器通过检测件信号控制主动轮箱与行走机构的启停,此起重机吊装防摆控制机构,通过在传动的起重机上设置可以检测吊装的偏移角度,自动的控制起重机,以降低在起吊后因物体惯性产生的摆动,通过自动的二次控制有效的防止起重机的吊装摆动,避免出现安全隐患。
