The invention discloses an inter-stage active unlocking and separating device for a two-stage injection aircraft, which belongs to the technical field of aerospace aircrafts and comprises a front intra-group synchronous unlocking and separating mechanism, a rear intra-group synchronous unlocking and separating mechanism and a separating deck in the inter-stage separation device for the two-stage injection aircraft. The separation deck is internally and fixedly connected with the front and rear intra-group synchronous unlocking separation mechanisms, and the lower portion of the separation deck is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the separation platform of the first-stage aircraft in the two-stage injection aircraft. According to the intra-group synchronous unlocking and separating mechanism, a driving motor drives a transmission shaft to rotate, a rotary table matched with the transmission shaft rotates along with rotation of the transmission shaft, the large ends of four connecting rods are matched with a cylinder on the rotary table, and meanwhile the small ends of the connecting rods are matched with separating pins through pin shafts. The separating pin is driven by the connecting rod to slide in the linear bearing with the flange. And when the separation pin completely returns to the interior of the separation deck, the separation of the separation device and the secondary aircraft is completed. According to the invention, inter-stage and non-firework synchronous unlocking and separation in front and back two groups of two-stage injection aircrafts can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种两级入轨飞行器级间主动解锁分离装置,属于空天飞行器技术领域,包括了两级入轨飞行器级间分离装置内前后两组组内同步解锁分离机构和分离甲板。所述分离甲板内部固连前后两组组内同步解锁分离机构,其下面固连在两级入轨飞行器中一级飞行器的分离平台上面。所述组内同步解锁分离机构由驱动电机驱动传动轴转动,与传动轴配合的转台也随着传动轴的转动进行旋转,四个连杆大头端与转台上的圆柱配合同时连杆小头端通过销轴与分离销配合,分离销在连杆的带动下在带法兰直线轴承内滑动。当分离销完全回到分离甲板内部时,分离装置与二级飞行器的分离完成。本发明可实现两级入轨飞行器的级间、非火工的前后两组组内同步解锁分离。
