The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a ship ballast tank pumping drainage system and a pumping drainage control method. The water pumping pipeline is communicated with the ballast pump and a sea communicating door, and a sea communicating valve is arranged on the water pumping pipeline; one end of the water conveying pipeline is communicated with a water outlet of the ballast pump, the other end of the water conveying pipeline is communicated with a ballast tank, the water conveying pipeline is used for guiding ballast water into the ballast tank, and a first header pipe isolation valve is arranged between the water conveying pipeline and the ballast pump; the drainage pipeline comprises a water return pipeline and a water outlet pipeline; and the pressurizing pipeline is provided with a pressurizing fan, and the pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the ballast tank. Cavitation at the ballast pump can be avoided while smooth water pumping and draining operation of the ballast tank can be achieved, and therefore the service life of the ballast pump is prolonged.

    本发明涉及船舶技术领域,尤其涉及一种船舶压载舱抽排系统和抽排控制方法,船舶压载舱抽排系统包括压载泵;抽水管路,所述抽水管路与所述压载泵以及通海门连通,所述抽水管路上设置有通海阀;输水管路,所述输水管路的一端与所述压载泵的出水口连通,所述输水管路的另一端与压载舱均连通,用于将压载水导入所述压载舱中,所述输水管路与所述压载泵之间设置有第一总管隔离阀;排水管路,所述排水管路包括回水管路和出水管路;增压管路,所述增压管路上设置有增压风机,所述增压管路与所述压载舱连通。本发明能够满足压载舱抽排水作业顺利进行的同时,避免压载泵处出现汽蚀,从而延长压载泵的使用寿命。
