The invention relates to a steering wheel steering return mechanism and a vehicle using the same, belongs to the technical field of vehicle chassis, and particularly relates to a vehicle linear driving stability control technology, which is based on conversion of rotary motion of a ball screw pair into linear motion, corresponding to vehicle steering motion and compression spring energy storage. Linear motion based on a ball screw pair is converted into rotary motion, and a corresponding spring releases energy to achieve steering wheel alignment; according to GB/T 17587 1-2017, a national standard ball screw pair forms spiral motion of a nut and a transmission shaft, steering return is achieved, and the linear driving stability of a vehicle is improved.
