The invention relates to the field of control of plug-in extended-range hybrid power loaders, in particular to an extended-range hybrid power energy management method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a vehicle control unit VCU serves as a control core for data interaction, then the battery capacity SOC of a battery management system BMS is read through the vehicle control unit VCU, whether the SOC triggers an energy optimization strategy for the rotating speed of a walking motor or not is judged, if yes, the rotating speed of the vehicle walking motor is read, and if not, the rotating speed of the vehicle walking motor is calculated; and comparing the rotation speed with 10% of the maximum rotation speed of the walking motor to judge whether the torque acceleration of the walking motor is limited or not, and finally judging whether the torque acceleration of the walking motor needs to be limited again or not according to the optimization condition after the torque acceleration of the walking motor is limited. By the adoption of the method, when the electric quantity of the battery is low, normal use can be achieved on the basis that the power performance of the loader is not affected, meanwhile, the electric quantity can be supplemented, and the endurance time is prolonged.

    本发明涉及插电式增程混合动力装载机控制领域,具体涉及一种增程式混动的能量管理方法。该方法包括以下步骤:首先,以整车控制器VCU作为控制核心进行数据交互,然后通过整车控制器VCU读取电池管理系统BMS的电池电量SOC,判断SOC是否触发对行走电机转速的能量优化策略,若触发则读取车辆行走电机的转速,并与行走电机最大转速的10%对比判断是否对行走电机扭矩加速度进行限制,对行走电机扭矩加速度进行限制后,最后根据优化情况判断是否需要再次对行走电机扭矩加速度进行限制。采用本发明的方法可以在电池电量低时,在不影响装载机动力性能的基础上正常使用,同时能够补充电量,增加续航时间。
