The inlet end of the foot brake valve is communicated with the air reservoir; the electric control relay valve group comprises a valve group relay valve, a normal state control pipeline and a standby control pipeline, the relay air inlet end is communicated with the air storage cylinder, and the relay air outlet end is connected with the brake pipeline; a normal control electromagnetic valve is arranged on the normal control pipeline, the inlet end of the normal control pipeline is communicated with the outlet end of the foot brake valve, and the outlet end of the normal control pipeline is communicated with the relay control valve port; the inlet end of the standby control pipeline is communicated with the air storage cylinder, the standby control pipeline is communicated with the relay control valve port, and when the normal control electromagnetic valve is switched off, the exhaust pressure of the relay air outlet end is controlled. The problems that in the prior art, an ABS does not have braking force redundancy control, when an ABS system fails, pressure control is conducted according to the output end of a foot brake valve, and the risk of wheel locking exists during vehicle braking can be solved.

    本发明涉及制动控制技术领域,具体涉及一种制动力调节控制装置、方法及车辆,该制动力调节控制装置包括:贮气筒、脚制动阀、电控继动阀组。脚制动阀的入口端与贮气筒连通;电控继动阀组包括阀组继动阀、常态控制管路和备用控制管路,继动进气端与贮气筒连通,继动出气端与制动管路连接;常态控制管路上设有常态控制电磁阀,常态控制管路的入口端与脚制动阀的出口端连通,出口端与继动控制阀口连通;备用控制管路的入口端与贮气筒连通,备用控制管路与继动控制阀口连通,在常态控制电磁阀断开时,控制继动出气端的排出压力。能够解决现有技术中ABS没有制动力冗余控制,ABS系统失效时,按脚制动阀输出端压力控制,车辆制动时存在车轮抱死风险的问题。
