The invention discloses a hybrid power battery energy management system which comprises an engine ECU, an engine, a motor, a BMS unit, a power battery, a battery temperature sensor, a PTC heater for heating the power battery, a molten salt heat exchange structure and a cooling liquid heat exchanger. The motor is connected with the PTC heater, the cooling liquid heat exchanger is associated with an exhaust pipe of the engine, the molten salt heat exchange structure comprises a molten salt storage plate and a molten salt heat exchanger which are associated with each other, and the molten salt storage plate is associated with the exhaust pipe of the engine. The motor can be driven by idling of the engine, so that the temperature of the PTC heater on the power battery is quickly increased, and the power battery is heated by the tail gas of the engine through the molten salt heat exchanger and the cooling liquid heat exchanger, so that the heating time of the power battery is further shortened; the heat of the tail gas is stored in the molten salt storage plate so as to be conveniently used during next cold start or cold charging; the power battery can be heated in various forms, and the working temperature of the power battery is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力电池能量管理系统,包括发动机ECU、发动机、电机、BMS单元、动力电池、电池温度传感器、用于给动力电池加热的PTC加热器和熔融盐换热结构以及冷却液换热器;电机与PTC加热器相连,冷却液换热器与发动机的排气管相关联设置,熔融盐换热结构包括相关联的熔融盐储存板和熔融盐换热器,熔融盐储存板和发动机的排气管相关联设置。可以利用发动机怠速带动电机使动力电池上的PTC加热器使其温度迅速上升,利用发动机尾气通过熔融盐换热器和冷却液换热器也加热动力电池进一步缩短动力电池加热时间,通过将尾气将热量储存在熔融盐储存板中以便下次冷车启动或冷车充电时使用;其可采用多种形式对动力电池加热,保证动力电池工作温度。
