The invention discloses a control system for controlling a three-phase alternating-current brake by a single-phase power supply on a crown block, and relates to a crown block control technology. Comprising an uninterruptible power supply used for outputting 220V alternating current when the crown block is powered off; the frequency converter is used for receiving the 220V alternating current output by the uninterruptible power supply and outputting 380V three-phase alternating current to a control loop of the winch brake; the control module is used for collecting the stored electric quantity value of the uninterruptible power supply; when the electric quantity value is lower than the set electric quantity threshold value, a trigger signal for forcibly starting the winch brake is preset; and then the lowest relative height of the heavy object is collected, and when the lowest relative height of the heavy object is larger than the set suspension safety height, a trigger signal is output so as to forcibly start the winch brake to release braking of the winch and put down the heavy object. When the crown block is powered off, the winch brake can be electrically controlled safely and quickly, a heavy object is landed to a safe position, and equipment and personal safety accidents are effectively prevented.
本发明公开了一种天车上单相电源控制三相交流制动器的控制系统,涉及天车控制技术。包括,不间断电源,用于在天车断电时,输出220V交流电;变频器,用于接收不间断电源输出的220V交流电,并输出380V三相交流电至卷扬制动器的控制回路;控制模块,用于采集不间断电源储备的电量值;当电量值低于设定的电量阈值时,预置强制启动卷扬制动器的触发信号;然后采集重物的最低相对高度,且当重物的最低相对高度大于设定的悬吊安全高度时,输出触发信号,以强制启动卷扬制动器释放对卷扬机的制动,放下重物。本发明在天车断电时可安全快捷的对卷扬制动器进行电动控制,将重物降落至安全位置,有效的防止设备及人身安全事故的发生。
