And the steel cable bypasses the steel cable hanging ring and then is connected with the battery cell hanging basket. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the operation and maintenance efficiency of the battery container cell of the electrochemical energy storage power station can be remarkably improved, the risk of manual disassembly and carrying is reduced, and the safety of cell replacement and test operation is improved.
