The invention discloses a locking device for fastening a rocker arm. The locking device comprises an actuator body, an actuator output shaft, a rocker arm fixing pin, an actuator rocker arm, a self-locking nut and a rocker arm connecting rod. Square grooves are formed in the two ends of the cylindrical face of the actuator output shaft, and actuator output shaft square groove planes are arranged on the square grooves. Two non-concentric threaded cylinders and a matching cylinder with a wedge-shaped inclined plane are arranged in the rocker arm fixing pin; cylindrical holes are formed in the cross section plane and the side surface of the actuator rocker arm; the threaded surface of the threaded cylinder is connected and matched with the self-locking nut through threads to realize axial locking of the threads; the wedge-shaped inclined plane is matched with the square groove plane of the actuator output shaft, and gapless connection is realized by utilizing a wedge-shaped effect; and the cylindrical surface of the actuator output shaft is in transition fit with the cylindrical hole in the actuator rocker arm. According to the locking device, by means of the wedge-shaped effect of the upper plane of the actuator output shaft and the upper inclined plane of the rocker arm fixing pin in the two through holes in the actuator rocker arm, the axial and circumferential locking requirements between the actuator output shaft and the rocker arm are met.
