The invention relates to an electric opening and closing mounting cabin and a water-air dual-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle. The electric opening and closing mounting cabin comprises a cabin door, an air bag cabin, a hinge assembly, a motor and an air bag. The airbag compartment has an airbag compartment body, and the hinge assembly has an upper hinge attached to the airbag compartment body and a lower hinge attached to the compartment door through which the compartment door is pivotable relative to the airbag compartment body. The motor has an output shaft coupled to the door. The airbag is arranged in an inner cavity formed by the airbag cabin body and the cabin door. The motor is configured to drive the output shaft to rotate so as to drive the cabin door to pivot in the opening direction when the air bag expands. When the air bag contracts, the output shaft is driven to rotate to drive the cabin door to pivot in the closing direction so as to close the cabin door. According to the electric opening and closing mounting cabin, rotation of the output shaft of the motor is synchronous with expansion or contraction of the air bag, and the motor is combined with the hinge assembly so that the opening and closing reliability of the cabin door can be improved.
