The ship attitude detection unit comprises a micro inertial navigation sensor and a data transmission line, the electro-hydraulic servo control system comprises a servo motor and a servo controller, the motion compensation execution mechanism comprises a heavy-load hydraulic oil cylinder, a spring guide rail and a high-damping spring, and the bearing platform comprises a top movable platform and a bottom static platform. The motion compensation executing mechanism is mounted between the top movable platform and the bottom static platform; the ship posture detection unit is fixed on the bottom static platform; the two-degree-of-freedom wave compensation auxiliary embarkation system for the offshore wind power generation operation and maintenance ship is high in compensation efficiency and precision, convenient to disassemble, assemble and maintain, good in operation stability, high in environment compatibility and long in service life, and embarkation safety of operation and maintenance personnel can be guaranteed.
