The invention discloses a locomotive anti-collision joist and a direct-current heavy-load electric locomotive, the locomotive anti-collision joist comprises a bottom plate and a connecting plate, a front plate and a rear plate are arranged at the two ends of the bottom plate respectively, a suspender balance beam is located between the front plate and the rear plate, the connecting plate is arranged at the end, away from the bottom plate, of the rear plate and used for being connected with an impact seat, and the locomotive anti-collision joist is simple in structure and convenient to use; the anti-collision joist can be installed at an original joist installation connector, the connecting plate of the extending anti-collision joist is detachably connected with the impact seat, and limiting anti-disengagement protection is carried out on the suspender balance beam device.
