The invention relates to a mining wide-body vehicle hydraulic braking system and a control method thereof.The braking system comprises an energy supply unit, a control unit and a braking unit, the control unit comprises a parking braking control unit and a traveling braking control unit, and the energy supply unit directly supplies pressure oil to the parking braking control unit; pressure oil is supplied to the service brake control unit through the priority valve, the service brake control unit comprises a service brake valve, a loading/unloading/emergency brake valve and a slow moving control valve, the energy supply unit is connected with a port P of the priority valve, the service brake valve and the loading/unloading/emergency brake valve are connected with a port CF of the priority valve, and a port P of the slow moving control valve is connected with a port EF of the priority valve. Outlet pressure oil of the service brake valve and the loading/unloading/emergency brake valve is fed back to an LS port of the priority valve; when service braking or emergency braking is adopted, the pressure of the LS port is increased, so that the pressure of the CF port is increased, the pressure of the EF port is reduced, the requirements of service braking and emergency braking can be preferentially guaranteed when high-pressure oil is insufficient, and the driving safety is guaranteed.

    本发明关于一种矿用宽体车液压制动系统及其控制方法,该制动系统其包括供能单元、控制单元和制动单元,控制单元包括驻车制动控制单元和行车制动控制单元,供能单元直接为驻车制动控制单元供给压力油,通过优先阀为行车制动控制单元供给压力油,行车制动控制单元包括行车制动阀、装卸/紧急制动阀和缓行控制阀,其中供能单元连接优先阀的P口,行车制动阀和装卸/紧急制动阀连接优先阀的CF口,缓行控制阀的P口连接优先阀的EF口,且行车制动阀和装卸/紧急制动阀的出口压力油反馈至优先阀LS口;采取行车制动或紧急制动时,LS口的压力增大,使得CF口压力增大,EF口压力减小,能够在高压油不足时,优先保证行车制动与紧急制动的需求,保证行车安全。
