    本发明公开了一种智能升举避障AGV小车,属于搬运设备技术领域,包括车体,所述车体的内壁上固定安装有隔板,所述隔板的上表面固定安装有电动伸缩柱,所述隔板的上表面设置有防护组件;本发明中,通过设置有防护组件,在面对无法避开的障碍时可以及时的将防撞板延伸到车体的一端,使车体与障碍物之间的距离增加,降低障碍物与车体之间的碰撞力,同时在防撞板前移时对防撞板内的缓冲气囊充气,减缓防撞板与障碍物之间的碰撞,在双重的缓冲下进一步的将碰撞力减小,减小碰撞对车体造成的损伤,在防撞板前移的同时也会通过一系列的结构使承载组件上的限位柱升高,可以有效的避免车体急停时物体因惯性掉落的情况,进而提高对物体的保护性。
