The invention discloses a thermal management system insulation control method and device and a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. All components in the thermal management system are obtained; then obtaining an insulation equivalent circuit according to the distribution position of each component on the electric pile; aiming at each section of pipeline for connecting the parts, measuring the length of each section of pipeline for connecting the parts, the inner diameter of the pipeline and the conductivity of a medium in the pipeline, and calculating to obtain the insulation resistance of each section of pipeline; the insulation resistance of each section of pipeline is led into an insulation equivalent circuit, and an updated insulation equivalent circuit is obtained; and performing insulation control on the thermal management system according to the updated insulation equivalent circuit. Therefore, the weak insulation place of the system can be visually displayed, so that improvement measures are formulated in a targeted manner, and the insulation capability of the system is improved.

    本发明公开一种热管理系统绝缘控制方法、装置及氢燃料电池车。通过获取热管理系统中的全部部件;然后根据各部件在电堆上的分布位置,得到绝缘等效电路;针对连接各部件的每一截管道,测量连接部件的每一截管道长度、管道内径、管道内介质的导电率,计算得到每一截管道的绝缘电阻;将每一截管道的绝缘电阻导入绝缘等效电路中,得到更新后的绝缘等效电路;根据更新后的绝缘等效电路,对热管理系统进行绝缘控制。如此,可以直观显示出系统绝缘薄弱的地方,从而有针对的制定改善措施,提高系统绝缘能力。
