The invention discloses a method and a device for adjusting the number of a battery box, and the method comprises the steps: building two function modules, namely a BCU (battery control unit) and a BMU (battery management unit), enabling the BCU to be responsible for detecting the states of a self-locking switch and a dial switch corresponding to the battery box, and numbering the battery box according to a preset number adjustment process of the battery box, then, the serial number state of the battery box is judged; after it is judged that adjustment of the battery box number is completed, the BCU solidifies new battery box number information and uploads the new battery box number information to the BMU through a set CAN protocol message, and the BCU synchronously displays the new battery box number information outwards. The device comprises a battery control unit, a self-locking switch, a DIP switch, a display screen and an external port. Wherein the self-locking switch, the DIP switch and the display screen are connected with the BCU through hard wires, and the BCU is connected with the BMU. According to the invention, the battery replacement operation does not need to be carried out according to a one-to-one corresponding matching mode, and the production and operation cost can be effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于电池箱编号调整的方法和装置,通过建立电池控制单元BCU和电池管理单元BMU两个功能模块,其中BCU单元负责检测电池箱对应的自锁开关和拨码开关状态,并对照预设的电池箱编号调整流程对电池箱进行编号,然后对电池箱的编号状态进行判别;在判断已完成电池箱编号的调整后,BCU单元将新的电池箱编号信息予以固化,并通过既定的CAN协议报文上传给BMU单元,BCU单元同步将相新的电池箱编号信息向外展示。装置方面则它包括电池控制单元、自锁开关、DIP开关、显示屏和外接端口;其中自锁开关、DIP开关、显示屏都通过硬线与BCU相连,BCU与BMU相连。本专利申请不用按照一一对应的匹配方式进行换电操作,能有效降低生产和运营端的成本。
