The invention discloses an emergency valve mechanism, which is suitable for an engineering vehicle with a combined control valve group, a T22 port, an internal power source, a hydraulic oil tank and an oil return stop valve, and comprises a P1 port, a P2 port, a T1 port, a T2 port and a second emergency interface, and the second emergency interface comprises an A2 port, a B2 port, a C2 port and a D2 port; the port P2 is connected with the port D2 through a first one-way valve; the port P1 is connected with the port A2 through a second one-way valve; the P1 port is connected with one input end of the electromagnetic reversing valve; a port T1 is connected with the other input end of the electromagnetic directional valve; one output end of the electromagnetic reversing valve is connected with the port B2, and the other output end of the electromagnetic reversing valve is connected with the port C2; the port T2 is connected with one input end of the electromagnetic reversing valve and is connected with the port T1 through a pipeline; the invention further discloses an emergency system which comprises the emergency valve mechanism, other power sources and the engineering vehicle to be subjected to emergency rescue due to engine faults.
