The invention discloses a swing arm assembly hoisting tool which comprises a hoisting curved beam, a mounting bracket, a control rod, and adjustable support rods, adjustable support rod locking mechanisms, pipe spacers and adjustable support rod locking mechanisms which are arranged in pairs, and the lower end of the hoisting curved beam is fixed in the center of the upper side of the mounting bracket which is horizontally arranged; a horizontal plate and a vertical plate of a mounting bracket are welded to form a T-shaped structure, the vertical plate is vertically welded and fixed on the front side of the horizontal plate, horizontal connecting screw rods respectively penetrate through the rear part of an adjustable support rod and are screwed into positioning blocks on two sides of the lower end of the vertical plate, and two ends of a pipe spacer are respectively supported on the inner side of the rear part of the adjustable support rod and the corresponding sides of the positioning blocks. The adjustable supporting rod locking mechanisms are arranged in the middles of the adjustable supporting rods respectively, and the lower ends of the supporting screws are perpendicularly screwed into the ends of the horizontal plate respectively and then abut against the upper sides of the rear portions of the adjustable supporting rods. The swing arm assembly can be rapidly, safely and efficiently hoisted, the labor cost of installation is greatly saved, the installation efficiency is remarkably improved, and the universality is good.

    本发明公开了一种摆臂总成吊装工具,包括起吊曲梁、安装支架、控制杆,以及成对设置的可调托杆、可调托杆锁定机构、定距管和可调托杆锁定机构,起吊曲梁下端固定在水平设置的安装支架的上侧中心;安装支架的水平板和垂直板焊连成T型结构,立板垂直焊接固定在水平板前侧上,水平连接螺杆分别穿过可调托杆后部拧入垂直板下端两侧的定位块中,定距管两端分别支撑在可调托杆后部内侧和定位块的对应侧上。可调托杆锁定机构分别设置在可调托杆的中部上,支撑螺钉下端分别垂直拧入水平板端头后抵靠在可调托杆后部上侧。本发明能快速、安全、高效地完成摆臂总成的吊装,大大节省了安装的人工成本,显著提高了安装效率且通用性好。
