The invention discloses a portable air-ground amphibious robot which comprises a rack, a flying device and a walking device, the flying device is connected with the rack through a flying switching mechanism, the flying switching mechanism switches the flying device to be in a working state or a storage state in a translation and/or rotation mode, and the walking device is connected with the rack through a walking switching mechanism. The walking switching mechanism switches the walking device to be in a working state or a storage state in a rotating mode. The flight device comprises a lift force mechanism and an attitude adjusting mechanism, the lift force mechanism is a double-rotor lift force mechanism and is used for providing flight lift force through a propeller, the attitude adjusting mechanism is connected with the lift force mechanism and is used for adjusting the attitude of the lift force mechanism, and the flight switching mechanism is connected with the attitude adjusting mechanism; the walking device is a crawler-type walking device. The air-ground amphibious robot has high flying ability and walking ability, and is variable and easy to carry.
