The novel landing buffer leg comprises a horizontal driving motor, a fixed bracket, a hip joint driving motor, a knee joint driving motor, a dual-drive four-bar linkage transmission mechanism, a landing buffer device and a self-adaptive terrain foot, the horizontal driving motor is in transmission connection with the fixing support and rotates in the horizontal direction to drive the fixing support. The hip joint driving motor and the knee joint driving motor are fixed to the two sides of the fixing support and are in transmission connection with the dual-drive four-connecting-rod transmission mechanism. The dual-drive four-connecting-rod transmission mechanism is connected with the self-adaptive terrain foot through the landing buffering device. According to the novel landing buffer leg, multiple times of landing buffer can be achieved; the leg design is innovated, and landing buffering and walking are both achieved; the foot design is changed, and terrain self-adaption is achieved; the whole leg design is changed, and the inertia of leg components is reduced.
