The invention discloses a space revolution type large driving mechanism. A rolling ring electric transmission mechanism is fixedly connected with a lower end face flange; the guide rail is connected with the upper end face flange through a rotary supporting mechanism and can achieve rotary motion by means of a rolling amplitude in the rotary supporting mechanism. The lower end face flange and the guide rail are clamped into a whole through the clamping and locking mechanism. The driving part is fixedly installed on the upper end face flange, the tail end gear is meshed with the guide rail to achieve revolution around the guide rail so as to drive the upper end face flange to rotate, the rolling ring electric transmission mechanism is connected with the upper end face flange through the rolling ring connecting piece, and common rotation of the rolling ring electric transmission mechanism, the upper end face flange and an external load is achieved. And the power generated from the outside is transmitted to the interior of the spacecraft, so that a high-power transmission function is realized. Revolution type operation can be achieved only by driving the flange on the upper end face to move, large loads such as solar wings are driven to achieve sun orientation, and the device has the advantages of being simple and ingenious in transmission chain form, high in driving capacity, high in transmission power, stable and reliable.

    一种空间公转式大型驱动机构,滚环电传输机构与下端面法兰连接固定;导轨通过回转支撑机构与上端面法兰连接,并可依靠回转支撑机构中的滚动幅实现回转运动;下端面法兰通过夹持锁定机构与导轨夹持为一个整体;驱动部件安装固定于上端面法兰上,末端齿轮通过与导轨啮合实现围绕导轨公转,进而带动上端面法兰转动,滚环电传输机构通过滚环连接件与上端面法兰连接,实现滚环电传输机构与上端面法兰以及外部载荷的共同转动,并将外部所产生的功率传输至航天器内部,实现大功率传输功能。本发明仅需带动上端面法兰运动即可实现公转式运转,驱动太阳翼等大型载荷实现对日定向,并具有传动链形式简洁巧妙、驱动能力强、传输功率高以及稳定可靠的特点。
