The invention discloses a flexible solar cell wing orbit injection autonomous step-by-step expansion control method, which comprises the following steps of: electrifying a pressing and releasing device, and unlocking and separating a flexible solar cell wing from a cabin body after the pressing and releasing device is detonated; a lifting mechanism motor is controlled to work, so that the lifting mechanism rotates to 90 degrees and is locked in place; motors of the two sets of lower box body unfolding and locking mechanisms are controlled to work at the same time, upper box bodies and lower box bodies of solar cell arrays on the two sides of the flexible solar cell wing are driven to be unfolded by 90 degrees and locked, and the four sets of upper box body unfolding and locking mechanisms are made to be unfolded by 90 degrees in a follow-up mode and locked; controlling two sets of constraint release mechanism motors to work at the same time, and unlocking an upper box body and a lower box body of the solar cell arrays on the two sides of the flexible solar cell wing in place; and a stretching mechanism motor is controlled to work, stretching arms of the stretching mechanism drive the upper box bodies of the solar cell arrays on the two sides to be unfolded until the solar cell panel arrays are completely unfolded, and a tensioning mechanism is used for applying pre-tightening force to tension the solar cell panel arrays.
