The invention relates to a propeller hub with a flexible propeller hub axial hinge and a rotor wing, belongs to the technical field of helicopters, and solves the problem of poor aeroelastic stability of the helicopter rotor wing caused by incapability of efficiently absorbing rotor wing shimmy. The propeller hub with the flexible propeller hub axial hinge comprises a central piece assembly and the flexible propeller hub axial hinge. The flexible propeller hub axial hinge comprises a functional part and a limiting part, and the limiting part is arranged between the central part assembly and the functional part; the limiting part comprises a supporting shaft assembly and a lower limiting assembly; the function part comprises an oversleeve, a pulling and twisting piece assembly and a stacked shimmy damping set. The propeller hub has composite damping, centrifugal force and shimmy of the propeller blades can be efficiently absorbed, and stable flight is guaranteed while maneuverability and following performance are guaranteed; the rotor provided by the invention can improve the flight performance of the helicopter.
