The invention discloses a dynamic self-adjusting floating dock supporting system which comprises a plurality of supporting devices fixedly arranged at the bottom of a floating dock, each supporting device comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a controller, a pressure sensor is arranged on the supporting face, making contact with a ship body, of the top of each hydraulic cylinder, and each hydraulic cylinder is connected with a hydraulic pump; the controller is connected with the pressure sensor, the hydraulic pump and the alarm device; a limiting pressure range is preset in the controller, a pressure value measured by the pressure sensor is compared with the limiting pressure range, the hydraulic pump is used for adjusting the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder so as to change the supporting force of the hydraulic cylinder to the ship body, and the controller indicates the alarm device to work to give an alarm when the hydraulic cylinder reaches the limiting stroke but the measured pressure value still exceeds the limiting pressure range. The supporting device can be automatically adjusted and controlled, uniform and stable supporting force is provided for all supporting points, fluctuation and instability of the supporting force of the floating dock to a ship body under the action of waves are avoided, and the safety of lifting operation of the floating dock is improved.

    本发明公开了一种动态自调节的浮船坞支撑系统,包括若干组固定设置在浮船坞坞底的支撑装置,所述支撑装置包括液压缸和控制器,液压缸顶部与船体接触的支撑面设有压力传感器,液压缸连接液压泵,控制器连接压力传感器、液压泵和报警装置;所述控制器内预设限制压力范围,通过对比压力传感器测量压力值与限制压力范围,利用液压泵调节液压缸行程以改变液压缸对船体的支撑力,控制器在液压缸达极限行程但测量压力值仍超出限制压力范围时指示报警装置工作报警。本发明能够实现对支撑装置的自动调节与控制,在各个支撑点提供均匀稳定的支撑力,避免在波浪作用下浮船坞对船体的支撑力产生波动失稳,提高浮船坞托举作业的安全性。
