The invention provides a bearing bracket suitable for sheet section normal placement and a design method of the bearing bracket. According to the design method, two types of universal brackets corresponding to structural intervals of sheet sections and total sections are designed according to the structural sizes of the sheet sections and the total sections. The two types of brackets are calculated and analyzed by adopting a finite element calculation method, and the brackets meet the structural strength requirement. Typical thin plate segments are selected for normal shelving scheme finite element calculation and analysis, and the deformation of the segments and the deformation of the bracket meet the precision construction requirement. The bracket is simple in structure, can be repeatedly used, is high in universality, can be suitable for the normal placement scheme of the thin plate sections with various sizes, effectively controls the structural deformation of the thin plate sections, and provides favorable conditions for ship production, manufacturing and transportation.

    本发明提供一种适用于薄板分段正态搁置的承载托架及其设计方法,该设计方法根据薄板分段、总段的结构尺寸设计出与之结构区间相对应的两种类型通用型托架。采用有限元计算方法对两种类型的托架进行计算分析,托架满足结构强度要求。通过选取典型薄板分段进行正态搁置方案有限元计算分析,分段与托架的变形量均满足精度建造要求。托架结构简单可重复使用,通用性强,可适用于多种尺寸的薄板分段正态搁置方案,有效控制了薄板分段的结构变形,为船舶生产制造运输提供了有利条件。
