The invention provides a vehicle control for optimizing operation. When it is detected that a moving object approaches a target area, a target speed curve of a vehicle, the position and speed of the vehicle and the position and speed of the moving object are input into a first neural network, and the first neural network outputs entry probability distribution of predicted entry time when the moving object will enter the target area. Inputting the target speed curve, the position and the speed of the vehicle, the position and the speed of the moving object and the predicted entering time of the moving object entering the target area into a second neural network, and the second neural network outputs the quit probability distribution of the predicted quit time when the moving object is about to quit the target area. An optimized speed profile is determined based on the entry probability distribution and the exit probability distribution by executing a model predictive control algorithm in a rolling horizon. The vehicle is operated based on the optimized speed profile.
