The invention discloses a power system of a four-gear hybrid special transmission based on a DHT framework. The power system comprises a vehicle control unit HCU, an engine control unit ECU, a transmission control unit TCU, a drive motor control unit MCU, a generator control unit GCU and the hybrid special transmission DHT. The control mode is different from a traditional Clutch-to-Clutch gear shifting control mode, in the parallel mode gear shifting control process, a rear-row Ravigneaux planetary gear set is driven by two power sources of an engine ENG and a driving motor EM1, a power system forms an ECVT mode by adopting a rotating speed synchronous gear shifting control mode, and the speed of the power system is controlled to be larger than that of the traditional Clutch-to-Clutch gear shifting control mode. And the speed difference of the brake B2 is adjusted through PID control, so that gear shifting without power interruption is achieved. By means of the control mode, the wheel end torque is stable in the gear shifting process, the effect of improving the smoothness of the gear shifting process of the special hybrid transmission is obvious, and therefore the vehicle driving quality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于DHT架构四档混动专用变速器的动力系统,所述动力系统包括整车控制单元HCU、发动机控制单元ECU、变速器控制单元TCU、驱动电机控制单元MCU、发电机控制单元GCU和混动专用变速器DHT。本发明的控制方式不同于传统Clutch‑to‑Clutch换档控制模式,在并联模式换档控制过程中,后排拉维娜行星齿轮组由发动机ENG和驱动电机EM1两个动力源参与驱动,通过采用转速同步换档控制方式,动力系统形成ECVT模式,PID控制调整制动器B2速差以实现无动力中断换档。通过此种控制方式,换档过程轮端扭矩比较平稳,提高混动专用变速器换档过程平顺性效果明显,从而提高车辆驾驶品质。
