The hybrid power system is configured to obtain the driving state of a driving system and obtain the driving working condition of the driving system under the condition that the driving system is in the driving state; when the driving working condition is the energy recovery working condition, an energy recovery mode is started, the driving motor is controlled to charge the power battery, and the energy recovery working condition comprises the downhill working condition, the sliding working condition and the braking working condition; under the condition that the driving system is not in the energy recovery working condition, the residual electric quantity of the power battery and the minimum driving electric quantity value are obtained; and under the condition that the residual electric quantity is lower than the minimum value of the running electric quantity, a fuel running mode is entered, a running motor is shut down, and an engine is controlled to drive a gearbox. According to the hybrid power system, energy can be recycled, energy waste is avoided, the energy utilization rate is increased, it is ensured that the engine works in an efficient area, the low-speed and high-oil-consumption working condition is avoided, only one driving motor is adopted, cost is low, and layout is convenient.

    本发明提供一种混合动力系统和工程机械,整车控制器,被配置为:获取行驶系统的行驶状态,在行驶系统处于行驶状态的情况下获取行驶系统的行驶工况;在行驶工况处于能量回收工况的情况,进入能量回收模式,控制行驶电机向动力电池充电,能量回收工况包括下坡工况、滑行工况和制动工况;在行驶系统未处于能量回收工况的情况下,获取动力电池的剩余电量和行驶电量最低值;在剩余电量低于行驶电量最低值的情况下,进入燃油行驶模式,关停行驶电机并控制发动机驱动变速箱。本发明中的混合动力系统能进行能量回收,避免能量浪费、提高了能量利用率,确保了发动机工作在高效区,避免了低速高油耗工况,只采用一个行驶电机,成本较低且便于布局。
