The invention discloses an intelligent cockpit monitoring device and a use method thereof, and the device comprises a zoom camera module which is used for monitoring the biological information of people in a vehicle, a storage module which is used for storing the biological information of people and an alarm record, a radar module which is used for providing distance parameters for the zoom camera module to adjust the focal length, and a communication module which is used for transmitting the distance parameters to the camera module. The zoom camera module is used for uploading monitoring information and alarm information, the GPS module is used for setting different alarm threshold values and image shooting frame rates, the voice module is used for sending out alarm and prompt signals, and the main control module is electrically connected with the zoom camera module, the storage module, the radar module and the communication module, carries out data interaction and is used for controlling all the modules. Various unsafe driving behaviors such as drunk driving, fatigue driving and dangerous driving of a driver are monitored, the safety of the whole driving process is ensured, the current state of the driver is considered, daily data of the driver serve as key reference factors, individual differences are considered, and the accuracy and reliability of a judgment result are ensured.
