The multi-gear hybrid electric vehicle variable speed transmission system comprises an engine, a first motor, a second motor, an input shaft, an output shaft, a first intermediate shaft, a second intermediate shaft, a first synchronizer, a second synchronizer and a third synchronizer, the input shaft is connected with the engine, and the first intermediate shaft and the second intermediate shaft are connected with the first motor and the second motor respectively; the input shaft is connected with the first synchronizer and is sleeved with two gears; the output shaft is connected with the second synchronizer and the third synchronizer and sleeved with a plurality of gears; the first intermediate shaft is connected with a first transmission gear, and the first transmission gear is selectively meshed with a gear arranged on the output shaft in a sleeving mode. The second intermediate shaft is connected with a plurality of second transmission gears, and the second transmission gears on the second intermediate shaft are selectively meshed with the gears arranged on the output shaft in a sleeving mode. The first gear or the second gear is meshed with a gear on the output shaft and/or meshed with a second transmission gear on the second intermediate shaft. According to the invention, power-interruption-free gear shifting can be realized, multiple gears can be switched, and the use cost is low.

    本发明公开一种多挡位混合动力汽车变速传动系统,包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、输入轴、输出轴、第一中间轴、第二中间轴、第一、第二和第三同步器,输入轴连接发动机,第一、第二中间轴分别连接第一、第二电机;输入轴连接第一同步器且套有两个齿轮;输出轴连接第二、第三同步器且套有多个齿轮;第一中间轴上连接有第一传动齿轮,第一传动齿轮有选择与输出轴上套有的齿轮相啮合;第二中间轴上连接有多个第二传动齿轮,第二中间轴上的第二传动齿轮有选择与输出轴上套有的齿轮相啮合;第一齿轮或第齿轮分别与输出轴上的齿轮相啮合,和/或与第二中间轴上的第二传动齿轮相啮合。本发明可实现无动力中断换挡,可切换挡位多,使用成本低。
