The invention discloses an electric vehicle thermal management system energy-saving control method and system based on a weighted PMV model, and belongs to the technical field of refrigeration and low-temperature engineering. The system is a transcritical CO2 automobile heat pump air-conditioning system, an energy-saving PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) controller is introduced into the transcritical CO2 automobile heat pump air-conditioning system, the controller takes a PMV value as an input of the PID controller, and a return air temperature target value of the system is adjusted through a relative relation between a real-time PMV value of a passenger compartment and a target PMV value in a control process for control. The return air temperature PID controller adjusts the air volume of a fan of the system for control according to the relative relation between the input return air temperature target value and the actual return air temperature of the system, so that the return air temperature of the actual system is changed. Through the energy-saving control method provided by the invention, in combination with the use of a multi-PID-controlled coupling system model, energy-saving control can be carried out on the system on the basis of meeting the comfort requirement of a passenger compartment according to actual system parameters and working conditions and a control flow algorithm.
