The invention relates to a charger (1; 10), comprising: a power source (3); -an electrical connection (5) configured to connect to an electrical service network of the vehicle and to connect the power source (3) to a battery pack of the vehicle; -an electrical management circuit (7; 27) configured to limit the intensity of the current (IOUT) flowing from the power source (3) to the vehicle battery pack via the electrical service network.
