The invention discloses a rapid heating device during cold start of a fuel cell and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of fuel cell system heating, the rapid heating device comprises a heating pipe and a coil winding, the coil winding sleeves the heating pipe, and two ends of the heating pipe are provided with straight pipe joints; the straight pipe joint is provided with a limiting block and is connected with the heating pipe through the limiting block; when the vehicle is in cold start, the heating assembly is controlled to conduct heating at fixed frequency and fixed pressure, the heating assembly conducts heating at fixed power, and heating is stopped when the preset temperature is reached; during normal driving, the heating assembly is controlled to perform variable-frequency and variable-pressure heating, so that the heating power of the heating assembly is changed along with the temperature change, and the temperature of the fuel cell stack is maintained within the optimal range, so that the internal circulation water temperature can be accurately controlled, and the heating power is dynamically controlled along with the temperature change; and the fuel cell is always maintained in a preset reaction temperature range to exert the optimal performance.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池冷启动时快速加热装置及其控制方法,涉及燃料电池系统加热技术领域,包括设有加热管和线圈饶组,线圈饶组套设于加热管上,加热管两端均设有直通管接头,直通管接头设有限位块并通过限位块与加热管相连接;当车辆冷启动时,控制加热组件定频定压加热,使加热组件以固定功率加热,达到预设温度时停止加热;当正常行驶时,控制加热组件变频变压加热,使加热组件加热功率随温度变化而变化,维持燃料电池电堆温度在最佳范围内,本申请不仅可以精确的控制内循环水温,而且随温度变化而动态控制加热功率,让燃料电池始终维持在预设反应温度范内,发挥最佳性能。
