The invention discloses a road traffic control method and device and a road traffic system. The road traffic control method applied to the server comprises the following steps: receiving first motion information of a pedestrian terminal and signal lamp state information of a signal machine; under the condition that the pedestrian terminal is in the state of crossing the road, first time is determined according to the first motion information, second time is determined according to the signal lamp state information, the first time is the time required by the pedestrian terminal to cross the road, and the second time is the remaining time of the signal lamp indicating that passing is allowed; and when the first time is greater than the second time, generating first prompt information for the pedestrian terminal, and/or timing adjustment information for the signal machine. According to the embodiment of the invention, the server can improve the safety when the pedestrian crosses the road through the communication with the pedestrian terminal and the signal machine, and also can avoid the cost increase caused by the additional arrangement of related sensors in the road.

    本申请公开了一种道路交通控制方法、装置以及道路交通系统。其中,应用于服务器的道路交通控制方法,包括:接收行人终端的第一运动信息以及信号机的信号灯状态信息;在行人终端处于过马路的状态的情况下,根据第一运动信息确定第一时间,根据信号灯状态信息确定第二时间,第一时间为行人终端通过马路所需时间,第二时间为指示允许通行的信号灯的剩余时间;在第一时间大于第二时间的情况下,生成对行人终端的第一提示信息,和/或,对信号机的配时调整信息。本申请实施例中,服务器可以通过与行人终端和信号机的通讯,来提高行人过马路时的安全性,同时,还能避免因额外在道路中设置相关传感器而导致的成本增加。
