The invention discloses a vertical shaft skip bucket lining plate damage detection method based on machine vision, and the method comprises the steps: arranging a multi-view camera on a pull-type wall-climbing robot, carrying out the damage detection of the surface defect of a lining plate, recording the specific position of the defect on the lining plate, and giving an alarm for the defect condition of the lining plate. Firstly, a multi-view camera arrangement scheme is formulated according to the service environment of the lining plate, and a cleaning nozzle is arranged for removing marl on the surface of the lining plate; secondly, designing a lining plate defect recognition algorithm based on machine vision, wherein the algorithm comprises the steps of image preprocessing, feature extraction, edge fitting and the like; and finally, an area screening method is provided to filter false marks in the image, so that the skip lining plate defect detection work of the vertical shaft hoisting method is completed. Practice shows that the vertical shaft skip bucket lining plate damage detection method based on machine vision overcomes the problems that defects on the skip bucket lining plate are not easy to detect and background interference is large, and compared with a traditional manual detection method, the vertical shaft skip bucket lining plate damage detection method has the advantages of being high in detection speed and safety.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的立井箕斗衬板损伤检测方法,通过在牵引式爬壁机器人上布置多目相机,来对衬板表面缺陷进行损伤检测,记录衬板上缺陷的具体位置,并对衬板的缺陷情况进行警报。首先,根据衬板服役环境制定多目相机布置方案,并设置清洗喷头用于去除衬板表面泥灰;然后设计基于机器视觉的衬板缺陷识别算法,包括图像预处理、特征提取、边缘拟合等步骤;最后提出一种面积筛选方法来滤除图像中的伪标记,从而完成立井提升方法箕斗衬板缺陷检测工作。实践表明,基于机器视觉的立井箕斗衬板损伤检测方法克服了箕斗衬板上缺陷不易检测、背景干扰较多的问题,相比于传统人工检测法具有检测速度快、安全性高的优点。
