The invention relates to the technical field of winch driving systems, in particular to an umbilical cable winding and unwinding anti-explosion driving system and umbilical cable winding and unwinding equipment. The umbilical cable winding and unwinding anti-explosion driving system comprises a winch drum for winding an umbilical cable, a pneumatic motor, a speed reducer and a main control proportional valve, and an air source is connected to the air inlet end of the main control proportional valve and connected to an air inlet and outlet of the pneumatic motor through the two working ends of the main control proportional valve. The pneumatic motor is driven to rotate forwards and backwards by switching the working position of the main control proportional valve, and the speed reducer is installed on a main shaft of the pneumatic motor and is in transmission connection with a winch drum, so that take-up and pay-off actions of an umbilical cable are achieved. According to the umbilical cable winding and unwinding anti-explosion driving system and the umbilical cable winding and unwinding equipment comprising the umbilical cable winding and unwinding anti-explosion driving system, compressed air is adopted as a power transmission medium, anti-explosion hidden dangers caused by electricity and liquid and pollution caused by oil leakage are avoided, and the umbilical cable winding and unwinding anti-explosion driving system and the umbilical cable winding and unwinding equipment are particularly suitable for occasions with high environment pollution and anti-explosion requirements.

    本发明涉及绞车驱动系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种脐带缆收放防爆驱动系统及脐带缆收放设备。其中,脐带缆收放防爆驱动系统包括绕卷脐带缆的绞车卷筒、气动马达、减速机和主控制比例阀,气源接入主控制比例阀的进气端,并经过主控制比例阀的两个工作端接至气动马达的进出气口,通过切换主控制比例阀的工作位置以驱动气动马达正反转,减速机安装于气动马达的主轴上并与绞车卷筒传动连接,实现脐带缆的收放动作。上述脐带缆收放防爆驱动系统及包括此脐带缆收放防爆驱动系统的脐带缆收放设备采用压缩空气作为动力传输介质,避免了采用电、液带来的防爆隐患和油液泄露带来的污染,尤其适用于对环境污染和防爆要求高的场合。
