The invention discloses a tower crane cantilever crane structure and an assembling method thereof in the technical field of tower crane cantilever cranes, and aims to solve the problems that an existing integrated cantilever crane is difficult to assemble, inconvenient to transport and the like. The cantilever crane comprises an upper half cantilever crane and a lower half cantilever crane which form a cantilever crane body, the upper half arm frame and the lower half arm frame are connected through a plurality of fixing assemblies; the fixing assembly comprises an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate, a first pin shaft and a bolt set. The plurality of upper flange plates are fixedly connected to the upper half arm frame, and each upper flange plate is provided with a positioning hole; the multiple lower flange plates are fixedly connected to the lower half arm frame, and the upper surfaces of the lower flange plates are fixedly connected with the first pin shafts. During mounting, the positioning holes are inserted into the corresponding first pin shafts, so that the upper half arm frame is correspondingly inserted above the lower half arm frame; and a bolt group penetrates through the upper and lower flange plates for fixation. The method is suitable for the tower crane boom, the assembly efficiency can be improved, and the transportation convenience and efficiency are improved.

    本发明公开了塔机臂架技术领域的一种塔机臂架结构及其装配方法,旨在解决现有一体式臂架难于装配、不便运输等问题。其包括形成臂架本体的上半臂架和下半臂架;所述上半臂架和下半臂架通过多个固定组件连接;所述固定组件包括上法兰盘、下法兰盘、第一销轴和螺栓组;多个所述上法兰盘固定连接于所述上半臂架上,且每个所述上法兰盘均设有定位孔;多个所述下法兰盘固定连接于所述下半臂架上,且下法兰盘的上表面固定连接所述第一销轴;安装时,所述定位孔插装于对应的所述第一销轴上,使得所述上半臂架对应插装在所述下半臂架的上方;并通过螺栓组穿通上下法兰盘进行固定。本发明适用于塔机臂架,能够提高装配效率,提升运输的便捷及高效性。
