The invention discloses a load sensitive system and an aerial work platform, relates to the field of hydraulic systems, and aims to improve the responsiveness of system output. The load-sensitive system comprises a load-sensitive variable pump which comprises an oil outlet. And the electric proportional overflow valve is connected with the load-sensitive variable pump. And the oil inlet path is communicated with an oil outlet of the load-sensitive variable pump. And the executing mechanism is arranged between the oil inlet path and the oil outlet path. The main reversing valve comprises an oil inlet and a load feedback port; and the main reversing valve is arranged among the oil inlet path, the oil outlet path and the actuating mechanism. And the downstream pressure compensator is communicated with the main reversing valve. And the Ls loading control valve is connected with the Ls oil way and the oil return oil way. The first pressure detection element detects the pressure of an oil inlet of the main reversing valve. The second pressure detection element detects the pressure of the load feedback port. The controller is electrically connected with the first pressure detection element, the second pressure detection element and the electric proportional overflow valve so as to control the opening degree of the electric proportional overflow valve according to the detected pressure difference value.
