The invention relates to a steel net rack overturning, lifting and horizontal displacement device which is characterized in that lifting brackets are respectively arranged at the tops of two steel columns, lifters are respectively arranged on the lifting brackets on two sides, and the lifters are respectively connected with lower anchoring parts through steel strands; the lower anchor piece is connected with a steel net rack lifting point; a damper net frame side connecting lug plate and a cable rope connecting lug plate are welded to a ball joint on the high elevation side of the steel net frame, and meanwhile a damper steel column side connecting lug plate, a damper net frame side connecting lug plate and a damper steel column side connecting lug plate are welded to the position, corresponding to the damper net frame side connecting lug plate, of the side face of a steel column. Cable rope connecting lug plates are welded to ball joints on the low-elevation side of the steel net frame; the connecting lug plates are arranged on the building ground through chain blocks and cable ropes in a pulling mode. After the net rack is separated from the assembly jig frame, horizontal displacement adjustment, damping release and control methods in a self-balancing state ensure the safety of the whole overturning and lifting process.

    本发明涉及一种钢网架翻转提升水平位移装置,两根钢柱顶部分别设有提升支架,两侧的提升支架上分别安装提升器,它们分别通过钢绞线与下锚件连接;下锚件与钢网架吊点连接;在钢网架高标高侧的球节点上焊接阻尼器网架侧连接耳板和缆风绳连接耳板,同时在于阻尼器网架侧连接耳板对应位置的钢柱侧面焊接阻尼器钢柱侧连接耳板,阻尼器连接阻尼器网架侧连接耳板和阻尼器钢柱侧连接耳板;在钢网架低标高侧的球节点上焊接缆风绳连接耳板;连接耳板通过倒链、缆风绳拉设于楼地面上。本发明在网架脱离拼装胎架后自平衡状态下水平位移的调整、阻尼释放、控制方法,确保整个翻转提升的安全。
