The invention discloses a wheel set geometric measurement method, system and device, and relates to the technical field of rail transit wheel set measurement, the measurement method comprises the following steps: S1, when a train wheel set travels to a first trigger sensor, triggering a first laser sensor combination and a second laser sensor combination to continuously collect wheel tread contour data between the first laser sensor combination and the second laser sensor combination; when the train wheel pair moves to the second trigger sensor, data acquisition is stopped; and S2, constructing a wheel motion dynamic coordinate system, obtaining the relationship between the wheel diameter and the collected data, generating the geometric dimension of the wheel set through real-time calculation, and outputting the geometric dimension of the wheel set. According to the method, fuzzy trigger control logic is adopted, vehicle wheel set tread data can be obtained and the optimal contour can be extracted without accurate control trigger, and wheel geometric parameter measurement errors caused by positioning errors of a traditional laser measurement method can be eliminated.

    本发明公开了一种轮对几何测量方法、系统及装置,涉及轨道交通轮对测量技术领域,测量方法包括以下步骤:S1、列车轮对行进至第一触发传感器时,触发第一激光传感器组合和第二激光传感器组合连续采集两者间的车轮踏面轮廓数据;当列车轮对行进至第二触发传感器停止数据采集;S2、构建车轮运动动态坐标系,获取车轮直径与采集数据之间关系,通过实时计算生成轮对几何尺寸,并输出所述轮对几何尺寸。本发明采用模糊触发控制逻辑,无需精准控制触发即可获取车辆轮对踏面数据并提取最优轮廓,可消除传统激光测量法定位误差带来的车轮几何参数测量误差。
